Please have a look at the production companies site Runaway Productions

Click on features and scroll down until you see this film. There is some info and it says they are casting. Not sure how long ago this was updated, but it's worth e-mailing them if there is one there.

I emailed the production company to find out about filming and this is the response i got:

Not at this point and we don't have the cast locked in so their managers or agents are going to be better
places for you to send fan mail. Good luck.
