I'm not completely sure what all you just said.But,
Yes, you will most definitely get a response from him.
Some people who don't sign authentically will sign authentically on occasion for charity.
If you do get a resonse, and believe them to be authentic, then more power to you.
Another thing you COULD try is this ( i know you are probably trying to save stamps and what not, but)
Send him two different letters. One for you personally. One for Charity.
Also, you may have a better chance at sending to him VV. Never hurts to try.

again thank you crystal you actually gave me a good idea how about i write him a letter for the charity and one for myself but keep em in the same envelope and he actualy signs from the adress on the database and again sorry for the puncuation as of this post imma try to clean it up. but what should i write in my charity letter someting short right and do i carry my letter over like say dear robin again or just write i am collecting for a charity and am asking for donations and such yes i will list the charitys write it fairly short right.

i dont know if this would be a bit over the top but if i sent some pictures of animals in need and pasted them to a paper with a note that says these are the animals you are helping would it be kinda rude or forcefull the cancer one would be kinda rude i think sending pictures of cancer paitents

asking for donations as well will not deminish my chances of a succes will they and would it slow the waiting period down as well i have never wrote for a charity before tttm. robins auto will defiently raise atleast a hundred dollars for these wonderfull charities also but yes your input here would be great i am lazy with my punctuation also i will be dead honest

You should just drop the charity idea. It obviously doesn't mean that much to you, if you won't even spend $0.41 to send the charity request in an additional envelope.

For your charity letter, you will need to tell a little bit about the charity itself. Also, how the item will be used, and what the money will go towards.
Check some of the stickies at the top of the forum on how to write a charity letter. If you're still stuck after that, I can try to find and upload one of my old charity letters.

alright crystal thats cool but i dont know wheir the money will be going toward i am just donating the money myself and it does mean something i just dont feel like sending a seperate request. i will write the charity letter most likely tommorow. and i will post it on this thread.

Dear robin Williams, I am writing on behalf of two wonderfull charities the Canadian cancer society and the Canadian/toronto humane society. If you could please send me a few autographs items donate to the charitys so they can sell them to help raise funds it would be great because these charitys are great. The humane society as you can tell by name helps animals in serious need of homes and that have been sadly abused the help they need, and the cancer society helps raise money to find a cure for the dreadfull disease and also help paitents in need of help. both charitys logo are at the bottom and am going to right my name at the bottom and would stapleing the letters together be easier for him to read both letters or on one of the letter mentioning the letter be easier or puttin both letters side byside in the envelope suggestions are great guys.

Bit of a brief letter, Id get the charities permission first & their confirmation in the form of a letter.

Also your grammar needs changing in the letter.. you've got things like right instead of write.

I think you should use proper grammar. I doubt any charity would take you seriously with a letter like that.
