legal?
Is it legal to sell posters/pictures from magazines such as Tiger Beat, BOP, etc? I'm just wondering because I have a lot of posters I want to sell.

I mainly collect voice actor and Disney related autographs-Any questions with Disney successes/addresses? Feel free to PM me!
Re: legal?
In theory, probably not. But I doubt they'll care if you did, its unlikely they'd try and sue you or something.

Re: legal?
i'm not too certain, but i don't think you have anything to worry about. now if you were misrepresenting yourself as a person affiliated with said companies than i'd be worried. but as long as you let your buyers know that you got it from mags -- it's like selling stuff on e-bay. people do it all the time.

I am not sure. In Croatia we have to pay VAT for everything except bread, books, etc. So, I think that selling posters is not legal.
