It was my first Creation event so I didn't know what to expect but since I caught bronchitis so bad I missed a lot of the Comic-Con this year, I needed something else to look forward to. I have absolutely NO idea how I came across the Creation website but I saw the people appearing and wanted to go.
I tried getting a friend and my father to go. While both expressed interest, neither could go - so I was off to Burbank alone. I stayed at the Mariotte because the room was cheap for one night for people attending the convention and because the convention was at the hotel.
The panels were awesome. Nathan Fillion showed up to the convention the day before he was scheduled to so he could crash Alan Tudyk's panel - a few minutes later, Morena came back out (her panel was earlier). Summer and Nathan's panels were back to back so Nathan came out during Summer's panel and she stuck around for his. Eventually, Alan returned the favor and crashed Nathan's panel - and then Sean came out. The four hung out on stage together and answered questions from the fans for more than an hour.
Incidentally, I entered a music video contest and guess whose video played before Alan Tudyk came out? Alan even commented on it when he came out ("Did I see something about me dying?").
Nathan made a comment about the photo of him in front of the crew about it was one of his favorite scenes. I told him it was the best scene in the movie because it's the moment Mal becomes angry enough to take the fight to the Alliance. Morena was awesome too - I asked her how she was doing and she said she was having so much fun.
