This is one of the few, very few, junior moderators that I think actually deserves to become a moderator. MW is helpful around the forums.

I dont think he's ready, Im not real thrilled with the way he jumps people for posting in the wrong forums

This member MW1221 has been with us now for almost 2 years, and although they can be quite opinionated they do tend to offer some good info

Maybe we should put them through but offer them a lot of support and advice as to how to be a bit more diplomatic in their posts on some occasions

I realise that she was one of the people who moved a topic to trainee moderators, then deleted something, and put it back into where it is suppose to be. Is that a good thing?
