Re: Deleting inactive moderators
How long has the 3 month rule been going on? I was inactive for around 5 months when I was a JM and when I came back I was still a JM...

Re: Deleting inactive moderators
Hi guys
I think all those who have responded to this post are pretty much now up-to-speed with the underlying problem. I am not going to draw it all out by posting yet more information to be used in yet more arguments.
On this occasion, elmomommyto2 was quite within her rights to note that several moderators had not posted for a while. It is the role of a moderator to notice that and pass the info on.
At the end of the day, nobody other than Admin and I can change the rank of any member, so I can't really see what the argument is. It was purely a statement of fact. However great these moderators were/are unless they post on the forum (or let us know they will be away) then they will be demoted after 3 months of inactivity.
If they get in touch with us at a later date and give an explanation, then we can always reinstate them providing we know they have some constructive input to offer the forums.
Like I say, we are all aware of the current issues on here, so I think I have said my piece, and on that note I will do a very rare thing for me, and lock this thread.
Guys. There are enough problems out there for us to sort out without having to argue between ourselves.
