The only news I heard on this is that HSM 3 will be a major motion picture and in theatres instead of on The Disney Channel. Either way, my daughters are ecstatic and can't wait. I'd love to get a cast autograph for them.

Filming does not start till March, as mentioned above, this topic will be bumped when it is closer to the date.

Very easily
they will have a veryy short filming period (considerably)
They start rehearsing in late March (unless there's more stalling)
