You are awesome. I really really appreciate it. I have a question though, how do I put it under my teams names?

PM admin or Ian and they'll do it for you, as it's an image that has to be applied to the actual rank, and not the individual person.

Admin, these are PNG format and they show as transparent when I open them in my photo editing program. But I don't think they look so transparent here?? I don't want to save them as GIF files as the qualiality of the image will get poor
