hayden pannetirre(ya i know i spelt her name wrong here)
micheal buble some simpsons cast members

also should i write anything on the via venue request which are one tree hill bily joel and vin scully like please pass on to mr.joel stuff like that
and should i re send hayden because i sent her in september and still nothing

also i saw a succes from vin last week and the person sent it to dodger stadium shouldnt that adress be temporaly dead because off baseball off season

To answer these 2 questions. When writing VV the best thing to do is write it like this:
(example)
Tom Welling
Smallville
c/o 3 Films Inc.
6228 Beresford Street
V5J 1K2 Burnaby, BC
Canada

So you would write the name of the celebrity before anything else.

Also I would give Hayden a little more time to respond, since Heroes is very popular she probably gets 100's of request each week. Wait till January or February, if there still is no response by then, I would resend it.

Hayden takes way longer than two months to respond, especially with the holiday season.

If you are writing via a TV company I don't think it matters when you send your letter as the company will still accept mail.
