In production doesn't mean filming?

Yes. IMDB doesn't have the status if that's where your getting the information. FF said filming was delayed and they are starting financing and filming begins after the New year.

I was just telling you that the production company had told me that they had to delay filming because they needed to keep working on financing and will begin production after the New Year.
