SAE or SASE

Hey all,

I live outside the US and I wanna send an autograph request, do I need to send a SASE or SAE (SASE it's for those that live in the US and SAE it's for those that live outside the US, am I right) can I send only Self Address Envelope?

You can buy IRCs from the post office I think and just include them inside your SAE.

If you purchase a couple of IRC's (over the counter from the post office), then the celeb can exchange them for the proper stamps.

It is just a way of pre-paying for international return postage.

Most post offices stock IRC's, but if you don't have any success initially you might have to hunt around a bit!!!!!
