You can also try Via Venue. If you have so many pictures, it shouldn't be a big deal to try different methods of getting them to you.

I know Spice Girls are playing The Palace of Auburn Hills in MI on 2/16 and that The Palace will pass on fan mail. My only thought is that this particular tour will be a bit crazy and while mail will be given to the promoters, it may not make it to the girls. I am sure Mel C would be receptive if she did actually receive it.
