Look at this user. 16 posts, and already a TM. And I don't think it's a glitch (they're on a team). I think the selection process is getting worse.

If you ask me, we should have the same process of picking TM's as mods. There should be a poll, and if the mods and TM's agree, then and only then, does the user become a TM.

It should be down to Mods only. TMs should have no say in anything in my opinion. I saw that member yesterday, its ridiculous to join a forum one day and be a TM in less than 24 hours. Ludicrous.
