The letter is typed (copy of it is in the Charity forum), I only sign my signature to it. Envelopes are all handwritten - writers cramp almost everyday. I enclose my 4 page newsletter - so each letter costs me .97 to mail. Since we are a non profit, no money (deeply in the red) I cannot afford to send a SASE. I probably go through 3 b/w cartridges and 4 color cartridges every other day. I ask them for anything signed; picture, cd, dvd, etc. And of course monetary donations are greatly appreciated. Hopefully it won't hurt us to not send a SASE but just can't afford it right now.

WOW! I would get writers cramp too if I had to address that many envelopes! I'm sure they'll send you something even if you didn't include a SASE. Is your charity about rescuing Horses? My sister loves horses Best of luck with everything your doing!! {thumb2}

I have Triple "L" Horse Rescue in Brunswick, GA. We take in horses that have been starved, neglected, abused and/or no longer wanted. Rehabilitate them, then find adoptive homes for them. Unadoptables live out there lives here at the rescue. We are in our 2nd year. Thanks! I need all the fingers crossed I can get. - especially since hubby ginxed me. Got 3 in Monday and he made the comment "got your quota for the week huh?" then got 1 on Tuesday and nothing since - so I blamed him... he just laughed.
