As for your question, I'm sorry but no I'm not willing to exchange/sell my Mika autograph. If you read my initial post it was one of my most wanted, and like your younger sister I am huge fan.
Maybe you could try writing to him via venue to see if you can get one for her that way? His tour dates available on his website or his myspace page. Good luck with it.
