I took a shot and sent 2 5x7 photos to Rachel McAdams c/o "State of Play". Received them both back signed and personalized in 9 days! My envelope was returned with Canadian postage however. Not sure why.

Great Success!! Supposedly Rachel lives in Canada and only comes to LA for work...I think her agenices foward her mail to her in Canada...although right now she's supposed to be filming in either LA or DC for "State of Play" unless she's not scheduled to film right now so she went back home...I don't know but it could make sense.

I thought that Andell Entertainment,didn't pass on fanmail :o ,now i'm really going to write to Rach!I was waiting for some feedback from that address!!
She's such a great actress and so sweet with her fans!

According to a reply from an e-mail I sent them, some **** told me to write to the Actors/Actresses Management addresses and NOT Andell Entertainment...oh well...I guess the **** was wrong...I'm waiting for a reply from Ben Affleck so we'll see.

Yep,i know,i read that thread!
It just now it seems kinda weird that there's one success from this address and none from Universal Pictures,that's the one that people said pass on fanmail.

Now i'm don't know which one try i confused myself xD

You can do what I did...I sent to both addresses...Andell Entertainment AND Universal Pictures.

BUT if you're requesting Rachel I don't think you have to send to both.

When I first inquired about the Andell address I was requesting a VV Success from Ben Affleck who is VERY hard to get an autograph from...I'd even be ecstatic over a PP or AP from him which he usually does send but we'll see...the reason why I sent to the Universal address too was because I saw many great successes from Matt Damon via The Bourne Supremecy using that address so I figured Universal would definetley pass the mail on to Ben where as Andell already told me that they wouldn't...I'm confused but for a Rachel request I would just use the Andell address considering this recent success from it...I'm sending mine to her Monday...plus Rachel is phenomenal with her fanmail where as Ben and even Russell Crowe aren't that good so if you're considering on writing to those Actors then that's when I'd send to both addresses just to cover myself.

Oh,i understand now,i thought that they didn't pass mail at all.
I didn't know you ask especially for Ben,he's really hard to get .
He's an amazing actor too!

Yeah I asked for Ben and Russell and they replied with "try writing to the Actors/Actresses management companies"
So by their response it sounds as if they're saying write to anyone via their management and not just Ben and Russell so that's why I posted what I did about the Andell address because they gave me the impression that they could care less.

Sorry for any confusion...I just wish I could call AE or Universal and ask for The Mail Room and talk to someone who could explain the whole process to me but I doubt someone would.

I'm going to send to Rachel via AE as well.
