Sending to UK from USA

Sorry for this stupid question, I just need some tips and advice. I am a huge Star Wars fan and have been collecting Star Wars autographs for some time. Only one problem is a good amount of the cast live across the country fro myself. I am going to be sending to Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett)
and wanted to know if I was doing this correct.

Do I send the letter, SASE, photos to get signed, the postage to get to the UK, and then just 2 IRCs? I have never sent to the other country so I just wanted to make sure if that was correct.

That is correct.

Do check the international price sticky because sending out of the US does increase the postage that you have to put on it.
