See below for notes. Ive only seen sigend shirts from a few, which Ive noted by their names. The other players Ive added general TTM signing habits.

John Terry (hard signer. sometimes signs fast, other times people have tried him 5+ times with no luck)
Elano (good signer)
Wayne Rooney (signs shirts, always personalises them)
Morten Gamst Pedersen (signs but can take a while)
Steven Pienaar (not seen a success from him
Gareth Barry (good signer)
Kevin Nolan (used to sign, have not seen a success for a while though)
Edwin Van Der Sar (good signer, doesnt tend to sign things sent to him though)
Steven Gerrard (signs shirts)
Jonathan Woodgate (rarely seems to sign)
Paul Robinson (only seen him send signed clubcards)
Carlos Tevez (have not seen any successes since he went to United)
Bobby Zamora (good signer)
Xabi Alonso (never seen a success from him)
Cristiano Ronaldo (good signer, signs things sent to him. Have not seen a shirt success, but I would expect he'd sign. However the signs in phases, so you could be waiting between 2 weeks to a year)
Michael Owen (signs and personalises shirts)
Phil Jagielka (have not seen a success)
Peter Crouch (used to sign, not seen a success for a while)
Ryan Giggs (very rare signer. Usually sends stamped photos. Have seen 2 signed shirt successes, one was stamped, the other was authentic and took 4 years)
Theo Walcott (will likely sign an official arsenal photo. Have not seen a signed shirt success from any Arsenal player)
Freddie Ljunberg (have not seen a success since he moved to West Ham)
Aaron Lennon (have never seen a success)
