I would think for a 5x7 envelope it's 2-3 as well because it is an oversized envelope

I would only send two, because I went to the post office yesterday, and said 2 would be the exact amount for a 9x12.

I would personally put in two IRC'S for the postage no matter the size of the envelope. Then it still looks like you have put the postage in, but if it is too little, then the clebrity will usually pay for the extra postage.

Don't you only need to put IRCs into the SASE if you don't live in the US. And Charmed, it sais you live in California, if I'm not mistaken.
Thank you for your help,
Nick

Usually, IRCs are used internationally so that the celeb takes them into the post office and trades them in for the right stamps to send it back! The IRCs pay for the stamps so that the celebs won't have to pay, if I'm not mistaken! Hope that helps a bit!

It doesn't matter what country you live in, but if you're sending a letter overseas and you want to pay the postage for the celebrity, you need IRCs. They use them to buy postage from their own country.

You were exactly right Larisie!
