Do these mainly send out Authenit or personalized?

This is incorrect. Rowan sends out pp's AND authentics. In fact, the number of authentics received from him has been on the rise recently.

The amount of PP's he sends out definitely outweighs the amount of authentics. He is more miss than hit and it has been discussed that his "authentics" are secratarial.

I'm not really worried about the ratio between the number of pp's and authentics he sends out, I'm just saying that he most certainly does send out authentics as well. It would be wrong to classify him as strictly sending out pp's.

Hey,
Can't you do some research by searching them on the forum first? That way, you could answer your own question. i.e. if you searched emma watson on the database, you could find out she sends preprints.
