Sending to Bands Via-Venue

1. Firstly can you write to a band when they are playing for one night and get a success and how, as it might get their too early?

2. does anyone konw if The Fratellis sign via venue and do the Royal Albert Hall pass on fanmail. Thanks

send it about 5 days before they perform

We got from Maroon 5.We wrote them like 10 days before of the concert (we live in Spain) and they answered us 5 months later

It depends on whether you are writing to a venue in the same country as yours. If that's the case then a few days before is good. But if you write to another country or an entirely different continent it is good to send it 7-10 days earlier.

Rather a little too early, than a little too late I say ;)

Thanks. Do I have to write the date when they have their concert on the envelope so they know whether they will be there or not.

No, you don't have to do that. I have never done so. But it can't hurt :9

I reccomend you send you LOR so it reaches the destination around 4 days before the preformance.
