Doya ever feel like you wanna put DONOTBEND huge in magic ma

OK, so I got very mad today. Last week I got my Chelsea Staub questionaire and photo back. Chelsea had so very considerately written DO NOT BEND three times on the envelope. Of course, I am out walking my puppy and see my postlady SHOVE the 8x10 envelope into my mailbox. This results in a crease in the photo (not like it's a big deal, but my last autograph was creased as well.). Does this ever make any of you wanna write DO NOT BEND, EINSTEIN! in big black magic marker?

yeah!!! I hate it when there bent its like a waste!! But im glad the postman doesnt read my envolopes beause some celebs write there names in the return addy in the left of the envolope so i didnt want him to get anyideas or keeping it.

the best way to keep them from getting bent going into your mailbox is to get a extra large mailbox. I have one thats maybe 12 inches wide and at least that high

Yeah my family's mailbox is quite large too. You can lay a 9x12 envelope on the bottom and there's still space on each side!

I got a folded one, but I forgot to write "DO NOT BEND" on it.
If it's too big for the letterbox, the postman slides it under the garage

If you write 'do not bend' on there, it makes it to where they don't run the envelope through the machine, they have to hand-cancel the stamps and then you pay an extra 15 cents in postage. At least in the States, anyway.

I have a big, plastic box (like the recycling boxes) by my front door that my postman puts my mail in as my dog loves catching anything that comes through the letter box! If you look at some of my autographs, they have bite marks in! :mad:
I have a hedge concealing the box so nobody would know it's there and think to steal my mail. My autographs have arrived in good condition since I got it {thumb2}
