How can i get a fan pack from a NHL team ?? I´m from Austria !!

Go to the official website of the particular team you like. Usually at the bottom of the homepage, there should be a link for "feedback" or "contact us". Click on this link and there should hopefully be a fill-in section. You fill this in with your name and address, and just ask for a fan pack. This type of request does not need to be a fan letter, just to the point you want a fan pack.

If they send to the UK, then why can't they sent to Austria

I think they will send them to you, but you have nothing to lose if you e-mail them on their website like Pencebaseball9 explained

I got one from the Canucks, and many other teams do. Toronto Maple Leafs don't .

For Fan packs they don't ask for postage.but they will if you send an autograph request.
