a couple qusteions about sending to robert munsch

Unread post by miley cyrus fan »

hey guys their are a few things im wondering, about sending to my favirote author ever robert munsch
1. should i ask him for a signed book?(hes really great to his fans and will gladly send one without asking but i dont wanna take the risk of loosing out on a succes)
2. would it be aproiate to send a index card and still ask for a autoed book or is it asking for too much (mr.munsch is very nice to his fans like i mentioned above, and gladly sends signed books but i dont wanna come off rude).
3. is their a really good chance of a reply from him and how long will it take to recieve?
4. and is my letter to him ok? if their is anything wrong with it it can be edited because i wont print it for a couple days im sending thursday or friday.

dear robert munsch , im a really big fan of your books, as a young child they were the first books I read, the first books I ever read as a kid were moiras birthday party, mortimer, and I have to go. They were great books then and still great books now. I am now 15 years old and thanks to you I learned to read many years ago, I also would like to be a author one day. I love all your books and still read them sometimes but My favirote books by you are thomas’s snowsuit ,mortimer , I have to go,and i love you forever. Also listed below are a couple qusteions
1. Who was your biggest inspirtation to make you write books
2. How does it feel knowing you helped kids learn to read
3. And what was your favirote book you wrote.
Anyway ,Mr.munsch if you could please sign the index card i sent and a signed book please and if you could please personalize them to anthony it would be amazing thanks so much from a huge fan of yours anthony, all the best.

btw my letters are typed because i have super messy writing

1>I personally wouldn't ask for a signed book unless I would actually send the book to be signed with my letter.
2>Asking for a signed index card is Ok.
3>Like you said, he is really nice to his fans, so the chance of getting something back is realistic. Time Frame? Who knows.
4>Your letter is Ok. But I would include maybe a little more about why you liked certain books, maybe a part of the story or a character you really enjoyed. And definitely use spell check before you print out the letter. Their are a few grammar mistakes. ;-)

Hope you get a success from him. {thumb2}
