Sending requests via venue means writing to a celebrity when they are appearing at/performing at any event or venue. There is no definate via venue address. They are only available from one day (min) to a couple of months (max).
You can contact 'The Jonas Bros.' when they are touring. For more info look HERE

Yeah, Miley's tour ended at the end of January.
She's supposed to be filming the Hannah Montana movie starting in May, but I don't know what the address is. I do know that it is being filmed in Tenessee and California.
But the Jonas Brothers are going on tour in the summer.
You can write to one of the venues that they will play at.
