Movie Set Via Venue ?'s

Hi! Three questions:

1) Over time, has any correlation been witnessed as to whether or not a production address is in a region different from where the movie is actually filming? (i.e. if the production address is Los Angeles, but it is filming in Louisiana or New Mexico)

2) Would it be productive to compile a list (or maybe one already exists) or production companies that pass on fan mail? Or is there no consistency in that regard?

3) Is there a source that states when filming ends? The listings I see have a start date, but no end date, but are still listed as "In Production?" My thought is I would just assume wait if filming has gone on for more than a couple of months, but I thought there might be more solid information out there.

1) It could possibly be, but I would doubt it as the movie company has to pay for the hire.

2) I was referring to movie production companies, not concert halls & arenas.
