Shambler causing trouble again

Ive made threads about this member before, and she was eventually demoted from being a TM. Then she made a second account "The.Evening.Optimist" and was posting on both, before seemingly posting on just her newer account. Well now shes back on as "Shambler", and has already caused a thread to be locked in the "Is it authentic?" forum, by arguing with James. Now I've just received the following PM, disrespecting all (bar one) Moderators.

Im not expecting a ban or anything, but would a warning be fair here?
