What does this mean?

I sent to Manchester United asking if i could still request Old Gunnar Solskjaer and i recived a reply that said to send to the address which i understand its just the next bit:

"You can also request a Birthday Certificate from Sir Alex Ferguson. You need to request this differently from the players autographs. You need to send your request for the attention of the Managers Department at the address below. Pease do this as soon as possible because it can take around 6 weeks to process."

What dose this mean? can anybody help????

It means send your letter to the Managers Department. Just put "FAO Managers Apartment" in the address on the envelope.

Thats what I meant. You send a letter requesting one, and address the envelope as I mentioned.

No you'd get a "birthday certificate", which I assume would be a certificate saying happy birthday (to you, so you'd have to tell them your birthday) and it'd be signed by Alex Ferguson. Could possibly be preprinted, I dont know.

Oh rite lol ive jus read it properly lol that would teach me 2 read things properly. That would be cool, i already have a man u card signed by him!!
