IRON MAN UK PREMIER BIG SUCCESS & DISSAPOINTMENT- SCAN ADDED

Well Yesterday (Thursday 25th April) saw the UK premier of Iron Man at the Odeon at London's leicester square.

In the hours leading up to the stars arriving there was a Iron Man ride which was free and after you went on it you got a free poster - excellent signing material I thought.

Anyway I have not seen so many cars arriving with 'nobody's' before the stars of the film arrived. There must have been about 15 cars dropping off people that I had no idea who they were.

Well in terms of signing:

Robert Downey Jr. - 3 words - WORST SIGNER EVER
Must have signed about 5 in total on the night and extremely selective.

Terrence Howard - finally signed for everybody I think - He signed my poster.

Jon Favreau, the director and also has a cameo in the film. I think he is a great actor and director and thats who I really came for so its lucky he was definately the best signer on the night. He signed my poster.

Gwyneth paltrow - also a huge dissapointment. On two occasions she signed for the person right next to me but refused to sign for me.

Jeff Bridges- did not attend which was a dissapointment.

Poster was to big so had to fold for signing and for the scan- here is scan of signed poster:(Terrence signe in blue and Jon sihned in black)

I arrived at 5pm but was there earlier in the day at about 12 and people were already gathering then.

ill be attending the LA premiere today and i have a huge bus shelter 4'x6' poster i want to get signed...HOPEFULLY i can stand out where they come to me to sign...that would be so cool....

Well, I was there too, and actually both Robert and Gwyneth signed autographs...ok, I haven't got them, but I was just unlucky, because they did signed but stoped near to me !

i moved all round the place. Initially my back was facing a hotel (cant remember the name) and I could seethe radio place when I looked to the left. When the stars got out of the cars they signed from there and did not go back to where I was so I moved and eventually found myself directly facing the Odeon but I had to kindly persuade a security guy yo let me in that way. This is wher I got both autographs and wher Gwyneth and Robert signed for the person right next to me.

I know they Robert and Gwyneth but they were rubish signers in my opinion. The best signer In have ever seen at a premier is George Clooney who got out the car at the very begining ofthe crowds and systematically went along so everyone who wanted so ething signed got it signed. Unfortunately every other signer at premiers seems to start as soon as they get out of the car which is usally oposite the radio place and wont go backwards fromwhere they get out and then they randomly signa few here and there and then sometimes come back and forth between certain areas of crowds. It just makes no sence to do it that way and dissapoints hundreds of fans some of which have been waiting several hours.

Ok I see.
I was in front of the Odeon. Gwyneth signed a lot, but Robert not that much...I was coming from France to see him so I'm disappointed, but well, we can't be lucky every times.
