TM with a second, regular account

What is the point, and why is this allowed? It just increases their chance of getting promoted (by having more than one account).

How about we DEMOTE the TM in question (Thumper) and any other TMs doing this (there are a few. they slip my mind at present) to send a message not to try and cheat the system?

So Thumper gets demoted, and posts in his sig saying "hes quit and will never return".

This lasts about 2 days and now hes back, using both accounts

He may not be a TM anymore, but can we get a ban on his "Cheese" account please?
