IP Ban is in order

They is someone that has a bad username and he/she keeps doing it and i believe its from the same IP. Cheese-is-a-WANKER is one of his names. memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=16961 can i also warn this person on his names.

We dont have an IP for him as he virtually never posts, and when he does, I think someone said its always different :neutral:
