As the first half of the IP is identical in both those cases, I'd say whosurdaddy is right and that IP probably is his.

This just proves my point we need email activation before accounts can be used, and one account per email. He'd soon stop when he realises he has to do more than 5 seconds work to make an account.

Yeah, I know. 1 acc./email would heavily reduce the amount of spammers etc on here. {up}
