Old How do I write to my favorite actor posts

hi. im new and i really want to send a letter to my hero. it's jared padalecki. he's an amazing actor and someone i really admire. what do i do if im in australia?
also, im scared coz im afraid it could go to the wrong person or something. and id really hate that.

Hi there

Jared is a good signer, and sends authentic/personalized autographs. Your letter of request won't go to the wrong person as long as you use the address specified in the database. It doesn't matter that you don't live in the same country as him - you'll have a great chance of getting a response if you include an SAE (an envelope addressed to yourself), as well as two International Reply Coupons, which can be obtained from your post office. If you can't get the IRC's, just give it a shot anyway!

thankyou so much. with the SAE, do i put it inside the envelope or send an envelope to him with my address on the back?

If I am sending from canada to the US. What stamps do I need to put on the SASE? I don't have any usa stamps and what are IRC's? Can someone clear this up for me.

You don't stick IRC anywhere. Just put them into the envelope you're sending to the star. Yes, you should get them at post office.

One question. I'm not from UK or USA. I'm from Macedonia, Europe. So what should I do to send a letter? I don't know if I can find US stamps here or coupons. And btw I want to send a letter in UK so what should I do?
