Does Sir David Only Sign If You Send Him A Pic?

He only signs if you send him a pic AND if you send at the exact right time. If you dont send at a time when hes free, you'll get a PP back. His "right time" never actually seems right either, sometimes it'll be like "Hes filming until september", and then when you try in september it becomes "hes too busy to sign" :neutral:
