For Kelly Clarkson and Reba, check their websites and see what venues they will be going to. I looked at the reba website and it doesnt look she will be touring until September. As for the two venues ... I looked at the Venues that do/dont pass on fanmail and those venues arent on there. Maybe post this question there and maybe someone will be able to help you because maybe those venues dont pass on fanmail and it would be a waste of time and stamps. Hope this helps and good luck!
