IMDb is notorious for not updating their info for long periods of time. So it may show a movie still filming when it has wrapped some time ago. Sorry.

Man, now I am wishing I had sent to her like I was planning to. :(
But I didn't think she signed ttm.

Hopefully, for all of us wanting her autograph, she will sign at the next venue! {thumb2}

Yep, that's what I've been doing. I have sent out 47 vv requests so far and have only received 9 back. It costs me $3.50 for postage for each request.

I can't afford to keep doing that. $133 on requests that I might not ever see again is more than I can afford for no return. So, I have reduced my vv requests substantially.

I have been trying to limit my requests to those I have seen successes for, and only sending to a few I know I am taking a chance on.

It's when I am told they don't sign, by someone that sounds as though they are an authority on the subject, that I tend to believe them. But that is obviously not always the case. So it's impossible to know when you'll get a success. And only having so much money to risk for a request you may not see again it now becomes difficult to choose which to take a chance on.

When I was told she didn't sign ttm I believed them. So, you can imagine my great surprise when I saw not one, but two, successes!

Great SUCCESS!

However, for those of you that are "surprised" she is signing, you may want to look at the 2 successes people have gotten from her a little more closely.

First, Hockeyfan had a success, and people doubted him. But, he proved it, and it was also explained that he is in the military (I think I have that right - if not let me know). So, she signed for him, as any celeb should (for someone defending our country).

Now, look at the 2nd success from "Jesse". The inscription on the 2nd photo says "Thanks for all you are doing... but come home soon and safely".

I might be assuming here, but that ALSO sounds like an inscription to someone in the military.

SO, it looks like she is signing for a couple people that are in the military... and that is why there are not very many successes from her. She is only signing for certain people.

I don't have any problem with this and definitely think they have deserved it. I am just pointing it out so that people may have a better idea of why certain people are getting an auto from her when she is usually VERY DIFFICULT to get TTM...

Thanks for posting this success! {thumb2}

Nightowl -
It does get REALLY expensive. I sent out 140 so far, and only gotten back 15-20. So that is A LOT of money that may or may not be worth it. I know already that about 20-25 of those are probably not coming back....
Happy collecting....

Yes, I know that Hockeyfan1994 is in the service and that is most likely why he received a success. That you mention the other success is from someone that appears to also be in the service, that would explain everything.

I did look at the first photo. I just assumed the second link was to an envelope. I like to look at the photo right in the post, but people keep putting links instead of placing them straight in their thread. Whenever there are links a number of people are less likely to click on them to look at them. Especially if there are a lot of posts with links.

That is why I keep letting people with photobucket accounts know that they can put their pictures right into their post if they use the IMG Code under the photo. {thumb2} People enjoy seeing other's successes, and to be able to see it when I open the thread is much more fun for me.

I too agree that people in the service deserve to get replies from celebs, and that the celebs are taking the time to respond is an awesome show of respect and gratitude. {up}
