please help ? collecters outside usa read..

Unread post by karra28 »

wondering some things..we who live outside usa(as most of the artists/actors we send live their) what do you ship with the letter in postage back? i mean IRC i cant buy over here in sweden :S dont know..and so buy american dollars that expensive and such..last week i sended 10 letters with photos away and put 2-3 dollars in each envelope but that is going to be to expensive for me each time as i buy my photos professioanally at http://www.crimson.se ( 10*8 costs about 4 dollars each) and pay extra 5 dollars for shipping the letter...so how do you do?or do you just send an SAE?(seld adressed envelopy without postage or dollars in)

thanks for reading and hopefully you can help.

love as always

Hi again Georgios :)

I send to celebrities in the U.S and U.K, but mostly U.K. :lol: We can't get IRC's here either, so I just send a letter, photo, SAE, and hope that they'll pay the return postage for me. I've been lucky with a lot of my requests so far, and you can usually get a good idea of which celebs do/don't require an SASE by looking at the feedback for that person, here on fanmail.biz.

Try cut down on your photo costs too! I only send 4x6 photos, as they fit easily into a standard size envelope, which also reduces postage. They're ideal for one person to sign. I dunno if you have it in your country, but at Kodak shops over here you can print your 4x6 photos yourself on one of those automatic photo machines, and each one costs less than a Dollar/Euro!

Good luck {thumb2}
