Must be IRC stamped when I´m sending it?

Hi seamus :D

It is best to ensure that your IRC's are stamped in the box on the left hand side when purchasing them just to be on the safe side. However, the USPS will accept IRC's that haven't been stamped - as per this note on the USPS website:
