My one and only worst failure ever!!

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your posts. Well I did write to the director of the Baltimore Film Office, and most probably the letters went directly to the production office which was in the same building. Here is what she wrote: {thumb2}

Hello Danielle,

I was very shocked when I read your letter and saw the photos. I did not receive your letters here at the Baltimore Film Office. The letter must have been delivered downstairs to the “My One and Only” production office (My office is on the 5th floor and the movie is on the 3rd floor).

I will bring this to the attention of the production company. Unfortunately, most of the crew has moved on to New Mexico and the movie will finish shooting on August 10th.

I will apologize for them, but want to figure out who did this so they can apologize to you.

I'm so sorry to hear about this - as others have said, it is ridiculous and unacceptable! :mad: That's probably the risk one takes when writing via venue, unlike a solid address when writing via agency/management, it could end up anywhere.

I'm sorry to hear that those jerks ruined your photos! I had the exact same thing happen to me years ago when I wrote to Jennifer Love Hewitt through the Garfield movie set. I got my pics of her back in my return envelope with stuff like F*** you bitch and slut written on them. I contacted the production office after that and they did nothing. I hate it when stupid idots do stuff like this and think it's funny.

An apology isn't enough! They should be paying you the cost of the damaged photos! Most definitely! Anything less is unacceptable.

I would ask their boss to require them to pay for deliberately damaging private property. This behaviour is beyond unacceptable at any company. They should be fired on the spot. It shouldn't be too hard for them to determine who did it by comparing their writing to your photos.
