1 - Chelsea (Scolari Will Introduce The Kind Of Footie He Expects)
2 - Arsenal - ( Arron Ramsey Could Be A Suprise Hit)
3 - Man United (They Have Moral Problems ATM)
4 - Man City ( They Have Mark Hughes)
5 - Liverpool ( I'm Not Totally Sure) (They Will Be Good With Keane & Torres Upfront)

With the transfers they've made and after watching them pre-season, I think Tottenham will definately break into the top 5.

I'm not quite sure how Chelsea and Arsenal will play this season... I mean somebody mentioned Chelsea's big signings but I believe they've only signed Deco (who, in my opinion, isn't as good as he used to be) and Jose Bosingwa (who I think is fantastic but is already out for a few weeks due to injury). Still, no real game changers, and I don't think Scolari will be able to live up to expectations, because let's face it, they are big expectations and Chelsea don't seem to give their managers a real chance at proving themselves over the course of a few seasons.

AND... I think some of Man United's "reserve" players will really come through this season. The likes of Rodrigo Possebon, Danny Simpson and Frazier Campbell are definately ones to watch and I hope they get their chance to prove themselves!
