When to send a second request? (football relating)

Hi everyone

As the new season is about to start, what do you do with the pending requests you sent last season?
I sent to several of my favourite players last season, but havent got a reply yet and I really want to hear from them, should I re-send or consider them as "do not reply fanmail"?

Last December I sent to Andrew Taylor of Middlesbrough and Mark Noble of West Ham, in Feb I sent to Ben Foster of Man Utd, as there arent any reported success from them, I know they are kind of hit or miss. Since they are my favourite players, I really want to give them a go again. Is re-sending them again around the new season starts a good idea or should I wait for a little longer? Also, when I send my second request, should I mention about the first one and how? I dont want to annoy them and make them think I am a stalker or people who just want their autographs, I geniunely support them.

Oh yea, asking this as well when I am posting, I sent out 2 SFM requests on 27/05 and still no reply, is it normal?

Hi,
I wouldn't resend to them, i have many letter to players out from the previous season they will still get the mail if they are in that club still. The only time i think that you might need to resend to them is if they have changed team. If you want to find out which player have moved team please use my "premiership transfers" topic in the sports forum.

i would wait alittle longer, i sent loads of requests off to many footballers in feb, i got clint dempsey last week and i sent to him in feb so my advice would be to wait a tad longer and then if nothing try again
