just wondering everyone, if you type your letters to the celebrities or do you hand-write them??

I always hand write my letters. {thumb2}
NOTE 3/26/09: I will be checking in on the site when I can, I just work a lot, and I'm in college so I don't want people to think I left for the other board. Thanks!

Hi josie1434! ;-)

I always have and always will handwrite my letters. {thumb2} I haven nothing against typing but handwriting shows you've put more effort into your letter, no matter how bad your handwriting is! :lol:

Good luck,
zanne

I handwrite them aswell. I tried typing them for about 6 months but felt I never got as many success back, that might just have been coincidence, but I went back to handwritting them.

I completely agree! I also handwrite my letters. It's much more personal, too.

I always hand write mine, yes my hand hurts after a while but it's worth it ;). Sometimes I've considered just typing it out but I think if the celebs do read our letters they'd enjoy the handwritten more than typed. It's more personal, like we put more effort into it.

I always agree that a hand written letter just seems more personal. My hand writing can be terrible if I write too quick, but I write a "rough copy" first - basically just letting the comments and questions come to me naturally and writing it down, scoring out mistakes, etc - then writing the neat copy of it - the one that's readable, set out properly, spelt right and isn't full of doodles and crossed out words/sentences! :D
Maybe it's just me, but hand writing things is easier for me. Yeah my mind wonders and I start doodling, etc a bit, but if I try to type too much up on the computer, I always end up leaving it, deleting it all (thinking I'll write it all better another time) and maybe not even try again for months!
I'm more focused with the pen and paper :D

I handwrote most of mine in the beginning but then I stopped because it would take me forever to write and my hand gets all sweaty and stuff so I've resorted to typing. Haven't sent out any typed ones yet but... I hope they will work just as wel. I've decorated the paper with a border, coordinating colors and an icon of the person. Also included the date and contact info on the top. Typing comes much easier for me.
