Well where I live there's only one cinema in 20 minutes of the place so everyone goes there. It's £4.50 for 14 and unders, £5.50 for 15-18 and then £6.50 for adults. The tickets aren't that bad but drinks are about £3 and popcorns £4. It's really stupid. Me and my friends used to go every friday because there's nothing else to do but it got way too expensive.

My movie theatre is $10.50, unless you see a movie on opening weekend. Anywhere inbetween $10.50 - $15.50 seems to be on the higher end of that on O.W.
Concessions are ridiculous. $4 for a regular bottle of water, where I could get a 32 pack for about $2.50 in the grocery store! I think the popcorn is more, but I don't remember...I don't go to the movies all-too much anymore!

WONDERLAND:Alice's New Musical Adventure enjoyed a short, but sweet run on Broadway in Spring of 2011!

I pay £5/$10, but a cinema not to far away, does tickets for just £2.50/ $5.00 on Tuesdays, for slightly older films, or it was that price a year ago, plus you got tea and biscuits as well.

In total, £4.60 ($9.20) for a ticket, and about £6($12) for a drink and popcorn.
So in total a trip is about £10 worth ($20)
NOT good.

Its stupid the amount it costs to do anything these days, me and the hubby went on the Bus to the cinema then KFC and ended up spending £60 ($120) I dont even bother going anymore.
I used to always sneak pop in as a kid but they take em off you, even though a tv show outed that its not actually a rule only if the food is warm
If you wait and its cooled down (say chips from a burger van) they let you take it in
Its fun getting away with it though I managed to sneek a burger king meal up my jumper to get into the first show of harry potter once
