I don't consider a PP a success either, but I at least understand that they consider it a success because it means the address WORKS... they see a failure as an RTS.. Just because it's different from you doesn't mean it's wrong.

I agree. That's exactly what that means. If I got a pp, it means the address works, so I would put it down as success rather than "other/unknown" or "RTS"
