If it's US stamps you want you can order them from USPS directly and have them mailed to you. You can place an order on the net or you can call them toll free.

I order stamps from them all the time and just charge it to my credit card. I asked them if people from anywhere in the world can order them and they said yes.

As they said you can order from anywhere in the world I would assume that toll free number should work for you. It works from Canada. If not you can go online and order that way.
