1. Better and easier access to treatments for everyone - it's terrible that some people have to sell their homes and the like in order to pay for some medical treatment, and worse, some places don't even have basic injections, etc that we take for granted.

2. Only good, decent, fair people will become politicians

3. Enough money to live comfortably. A big house has honestly never appealled to me, but I would like to have a good amount away "for a rainy day", money to give to my parents, the money to every now and then make certain improvements on a house, maybe buy a Nintendo DS, have a holiday, etc
