How do you guys all keep track of all the sucess you've had?

I've only started since Jan 2008, so I made a word file and keep track of who I mail to, when it was mailed, and when it was received back (if received back at all). It's alphabetical. {thumb2}

I keep a binder organized by month and year. I put the date sent, date received, name of person, address used and if I used an SASE, SAE or just sent an LOR. I also note if I send a photo and if I got the photo back or not. I usually hand write it and then when the month is over I type it into an excel sheet and print it out so it looks neater.

I also have an acid free leather binder that I keep all my successes in and in that binder I have a log where I check in autographs. I have the person's name, date received, type (Ap, PP or authentic), category (music, actor, actress etc.) and if it was personalized or not.

I know I'm a bit of an organizational freak when it comes to this.

I do that tooooOO!! But I also write addresses of the people I like and want to write to and then when I write I put the sent date next to it, and if I get a reply I write that under the sent date. Then in the back of my book I have a big long list of all the successes I've had

I used to have a about 5 sheets of paper (not on back) filled with who i sent to in 2 columns. But i gave up on that because i kept forgetting to write it down. lol

Hi,

I was wondering whether people here at fanmail.biz keep the records of what they've sent/received.

I for one have a XLS file with everything in it - I will post screens to demonstrate (it will be faster than explaining) {thumb2}

I have a duotang which I put who, when it was sent, if I included a SASE, what I included with it and whether its VV or not. When I receive an autograph back I put the date I received it.
