I can't find that Demi (& JB) are gonna be there on the 3 oct ;O Can anyone find it on madison square garden officiall website?

There is no October 3 show. Here next show is October 11 and beginning of November.

I would use the Paul Paul Theatre address, as that is where all the concerts will be held for the fair.
