I don't think Elton John belongs on this list, I have gotten a real autograph a couple of years ago TTM (when he was also very busy) Took 3 months, had a letter and all.
There is a documentary made by his husband where his is filmed signing TTM stuff every morning when he is at home. It is prepared by his office with post its on it.

I have sent Elton several things to sign including the sheet music from my wedding. He does both (or did several years ago) . In one mailing (the sheet music) was mailed to his Atlanta address and was returned and postmarked from his UK address and sent airmail. It is inscribed to my wife and myself and is now framed in my game room.

People change habits all the time based on their schedule and availability. You can guess and secopnd guess any signature. The way I look at it, If they sign something YOU sent, then it must be a authentic, secretarial or machine. Either way, enjoy it because it was done for YOU.

I would still find it, rather difficult to believe that Elton signs anything.

I know they showed him signing a few, on TV programme, but this I feel is more about PR then signing any autographs.

Nani's autos i believe to be authentic, but the personalisation is definatley secretarial. i have compared my Nani autos with others on the site, the auto looks very similar to other peoples so i think its authentic, with many peoples autos the personalisation is in different colour ink to the auto so thats definatley secretarial. i'd say you could put a note by his name and mention it's just the personalisation. That's my thoughts on his auto.

Nani's name is already on the list under secretarial inscriptions, and if you read further, you'll see I have said that the autographs are authentic. :?
