ban needed for these users

Admin or GM's can you please ban the following users

thedarkflare

They have been advertising for WOW gold and all their posts have nothing to do with autographs! I would suggest an IP ban so they can't come back on to advertise. I have warned them both but a ban is needed as the've advertised more than once in the past week.
